Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fbkk website accessible at fbkk.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fbkk platform in any capacity.

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the fbkk platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout your account's active period.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. fbkk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account registration is subject to successful completion of fbkk's KYC process. Until KYC is completed, certain account functions — including withdrawals — may be restricted. fbkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

Deposits: fbkk accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for local payment methods. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. fbkk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Currency: All account balances are displayed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless you have elected a cryptocurrency wallet. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency transactions are determined at the time the transaction is processed and are subject to market fluctuations. fbkk is not liable for losses arising from cryptocurrency exchange rate movements.

fbkk reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or review of unusual betting patterns. In cases where fraud or abuse is confirmed, fbkk may permanently withhold funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.

fbkk periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms published alongside that promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and met the stated eligibility criteria for each offer.

In the event of any dispute regarding the application of a bonus, fbkk's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the disputes procedure set out in Section 14.

All bets placed on the fbkk platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting rules that apply across all markets are summarised below:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. fbkk reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds; bets placed at obviously erroneous odds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that bet.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the platform. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Placing bets on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account.

During any active dispute, the player's account may be temporarily suspended to preserve the integrity of the review. Any funds that are the subject of a dispute will be held securely until the dispute is resolved. Interest will not accrue on disputed funds held during the review period.
